Today I went back to my former company - Maersk Line Shenzhen while on my way to a client visiting. When the elevator opened on the 15th floor, I stepped through the door, I looked up to see the familiar blue Seven Stars logo on the wall, memories came out like a tidal wave.

Back in October 2007, after three months of marathon tossing and turning, I was lucky enough to join Maersk Line Shenzhen and became a proud Blue Star from then on. My career, my life, turned a brand new page since then.

After joining Maersk, there is a seven days closed Training in Hong Kong, followed by various online studies, courses, as well as business etiquette, random English tests, etc. Every year, all kinds of examinations and training, to let the new employees quickly understand and integrate into the company's culture, but also enhance their potential faster and better and into the new job. For Enterprises, "Sharp tools make good works" , and this "tool" is the staff of each position. Only an enterprise that knows how to make the best use of its people can be invincible, and this is the success of Maersk.

A life without complaints is a life with infinite possibilities. A personality that doesn't give in to failure is the only way to control your destiny. Opportunity is important, but the right choice is more important than effort. Joining Maersk was an important milestone in my career development plan. To further hone and improve myself, I chose the most difficult and arduous path after joining the company-- to set up the Maersk branch office in Huizhou from scratch. And that was three years. These three years are the three years in the wind and rain, the three years of self-breakthrough, reborn. In these three years, I learned outwardly gentle but inwardly stern. I learned to adhere to the value and sincerity, I learned the true meaning of "never give up, in despair to find hope", all these have become the foundation and cornerstone of my future business.

I appreciate that Maersk gave me a stage of self-expression in the golden period of my career development and I had a super-burning youth.
I am very lucky that when I was pioneering in an unfamiliar market, Maersk leaders and colleagues gave me great support and encouragement so that I have no worries.
I am very grateful that even after leaving Maersk for many years, at the beginning of my business, in the development of my business, still supported by many Blue Star leaders and colleagues.

Life goes on, and now my buddies and I will also be on the road to entrepreneurship, full steam ahead.
Whenever I encounter a blow or a setback, I always remember the bright Blue Star once shone in my heart and never fell.
