We started preparing and developing this product in August 2019, and it took us a whole year to go through hundreds of attempts, strikes, failures and even pushing it down and starting over again, firing it over and over again to finally achieve success, which is not only the embodiment of Chinese craftsmanship, but also a milestone product for micro shipping towards shipping trends, culture and art!
Material Selection
Our tea caddy is made of Jingdezhen Kaolin clay, which is white and fine, non-toxic and lead-free, with good stability, plasticity and fire resistance. Only kaolin clay from Jingdezhen can be used to make Chinese Jingdezhen porcelain - high temperature porcelain, which is called "fine porcelain" by the World Ceramic Organization, but only ordinary low temperature porcelain can be made in other regions.
Production Process
High-temperature ceramics can only be made through the generations of pottery in Jingdezhen, must go through 72 to the process, more than 1300 degrees of manual firing into, that is the so-called "a blank of the force, overhand seventy-two, before it can become a tool".
