Some client relationships are transactions. Others compound. Our work with MSC — the world's largest container shipping line — started in 2012, our founding year, and has run continuously since.

A visit worth remembering

In 2018, MSC's CEO for the region — a long-time partner of our founder — travelled to Shenzhen and spent a day at our office and showroom. Visits like that set the tone for everything after: the client sees the workshop, meets the people who will actually build the programme, and holds the samples.
The 5,552-unit programme
In 2021, MSC Saudi Arabia moved to a new office and needed gifts for the opening and for customer programmes. The order: 10 product lines, 5,552 units — ship models, alloy container trucks, desk items and more — produced and dispatched in about 30 days, riding MSC vessels to Saudi ports.

The re-orders followed within weeks: another 1,000 alloy containers, then enquiries for 150 cm flagship models for executive offices.

What ten years teaches
Long partnerships change what a supplier can offer. By the third and fourth programmes, we knew MSC's colour standards, packaging preferences and inspection expectations without re-learning them — which is where the 30-day turnaround on 5,552 units came from. Familiarity is a production asset.
