When the CEO of MSC Saudi Arabia needed gifts for customers, the obvious answer was a branded item. The better answer was a story: miniature MSC ship models, containers and container trucks, loaded into a real 40-foot MSC container and shipped on MSC's own vessels to MSC customers around the world.
The customer's business, shrunk and sent back to them — carried by the very network it celebrates.
