EVERGREEN: ~7,000 sets, 3 containers
52cm and 57cm container and ship model sets produced at a scale few suppliers can touch — around 7,000 sets shipped in three 40HQ containers.
Evergreen's gift programme needed two model sets — a 52cm and a 57cm container-and-ship combination — in serious volume: roughly 3,000 sets of one size and 4,000 of the other.
Volume production of scale models is a tooling and QC problem, not a craft problem: consistent paint across thousands of units, container livery colour held batch after batch, breakage rates managed through packaging engineering. The full run packed into three 40-foot Evergreen containers and shipped worldwide.
The result
~7,000 sets across two sizes, one shipping season.
